As a full service association, we provide members with education, group services, up-to-date information, networking, and leadership development, as well as prompt, efficient service for the professional staff.

What If we dreamed without limits? What If we made life better for older people, our staffs, our communities and Indiana? LeadingAge Insights
LeadingAge Insights is a collection of tools to help members better understand their own performance and their market position. With the added advantage of easy access to experts in the field, these tools help members improve their performance and competitiveness. Operated as a partnership of LeadingAge and LeadingAge Indiana, these tools are available free of charge to LeadingAge provider members.
What tools are available?
Currently, LeadingAge Quality Metrics contains two tools, Nursing Home Quality Metrics, which analyzes quality metrics such as 5-star ratings (see below), staffing, quality measures, and deficiencies in skilled nursing facilities using the most current publicly reported Nursing Home Compare data; and Home Health Quality Metrics, which analyzes quality metrics in categories such as Managing Daily Activities, Managing Pain and Treating Symptoms, Treating Wounds and Preventing Pressure Sores, Preventing Harm, Preventing Unplanned Hospital Care and Patient Satisfaction Survey results using the most current publicly reported Home Health Compare data.
