CORPORATE EXPERIENCE:  Dr. Reynolds has trained and coached leaders in 41 countries and has presented at the Harvard Kennedy School, Cornell University, Smith College, Almaty Management University in Kazakhstan and The National Research University in Moscow.

Dr. Reynolds is a pioneer in the coaching profession. She was the 5th global president of the International Coach Federation and one of the first to earn the Master Certified Coach credential. She is also a past president of the Association for Coach Training Organizations. Dr. Reynolds is also on faculty for the International Coach Academy in Russia and Create China Coaching in China. She is recognized by the Global Gurus as the #3 coach in the world.

She has significant experience with coaching in the healthcare industry. She is the Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute at Virginia Tech and has coached many leaders for hospitals, clinics, and major pharmaceutical companies over the past 25 years.

Her training experience dates to 1981 but her greatest success came from designing the employee development program for a global semiconductor manufacturing company facing bankruptcy. Within three years, the company turned around and became the #1 stock market success in 1993.

Marcia has been a student and researcher of how humans learn since earning her second master’s degree is adult education in 1986. She became fascinated with emotional intelligence after reading Daniel Goleman’s book in 1996 and designed a training program that integrates emotional choice with leadership presence, communications effectiveness, and life satisfaction. She has since taught her programs for many agencies of the National Institutes of Health, multi-national corporations around the world, and for coaching schools in Europe and Asia.
