But based on their own experience so it inspires them with the reality they control their future and can make it happen. I use "I CARE" Leadership so they make people care about delivering success. I take simple things everyone knows about but then link them back to how powerful they are to make everyone more successful - whatever they do, wherever they do it.

When Global Head of Leadership at UBS, 70,000 staff & 100 countries, my team helped the bank transform organisational performance to increase profitability by 235%, market capitalisation by 50% and win awards.
