The Winter Fancy Food Show is the largest West Coast specialty food show. It is a trade event designed to promote growth in commerce within the specialty food industry.
The three-day show focuses on tens of thousands of specialty food and beverage products. Hundreds of brands and countless flavors will be showcased at a premier, one-of-a-kind, trade show destination.
This trade event is open to qualified buyers and industry professionals (18 years of age or older).The event is not open to the general public.

The Fancy Food Show presents educational seminars and talks by industry leaders addressing the latest trends, cutting-edge innovations, and the business of specialty food.
The Basics is a one-day course on all things specialty food. Pre-registration is required. The course covers pricing, selling, the latest consumer research, freight and logistics, trade promotions, ecommerce, and more.
Maker Pass sessions are short, daily sessions on targeted topics. Pre-registration is required. Topics focus on sales, marketing and operations.
Partner Sessions are available to all badge holders with no additional fee required. In this session, attendees can discover the trends impacting the fine chocolate from the Fine Chocolate Industry Association member.

The booth space pricing is $40 per sq. ft. for International Pavilions & International Non-members. ($400 upcharge per 10x10 corner booth). For Exhibiting Members, 100 pounds of free drayage is included per 10x10.

The Specialty Food Association is committed to reducing the environmental impacts of the Fancy Food Show, and to champion, nurture and connect members to deliver innovative products and expand consumption of specialty foods.
The annual SFA Way Awards recognize those staff members that truly represent the SFA’s values in how staff engage with members and each other as voted on by their peers.
In addition, the SFA makes a positive difference by engaging in activities such as, Food Donation Program, Waste Diversion, Sustainable Signage, Sustainable Shuttles, Reduced Printing, and Biodegradable Bags.
