I have spoken in 5 different markets all over the US and Canada for over 23 years. These include corporate, association, nonprofit, education and government. I have presented over 3000 programs in my career and use a variety of presentation tools to impart my message. These include storytelling, magic, humor and audience participation. My programs are high in educational content, inspiring and just plain FUN! I speak to teachers because 3 teachers are, in large part, responsible for my success in life. I share my story of growing up with a chronic neurological tic disorder and how those teachers believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. Speaking to educators is a labor of love for me and I'm passionate about celebrating those in the profession! I also speak to various business audiences about online marketing and the csutomer experience. The business world is changing and all businesses need an online presence to compete in today's hyper-competitive marketplace. I speak about marketing strategy online using social media, email and a variety of other mediums and tools to cut through the clutter so that a businesses marketing message can stand out and be heard. Providing a WOW customer experience is a trend that will only get bigger as many products and services become comoditized. It can be used as a marketing differentiator for any business that develops a customer-focused culture.
I grew up in PA and have a B.S. in Habilitative Science from Clarion University. I'm also a certified educational consultant as well as marketing consultant. I currently own MarketPitch Digital Marketing Agency, an agency dedicated to helping small businesses establish and expand their online presence for more customers and marketshare.
