Len Ferman is an expert at teaching innovation. Innovation is critical to the success of all organizations, and even for individual people, in order to be able to improve and thrive in the future.
Len reinforces the principles of innovation in a fun and unique method, by teaching the entire audience how to juggle (literally!). Using scarves that float in the air, anyone can learn how to juggle. Learning to juggle is fun, motivational and inspirational.
Len is the former head of ideation at Bank of America. He spent 25 years managing innovation at Fortune 500 companies and developed the Idea Tournament™ process. Len holds a MBA and M.A. economics from Duke University. He is an adjunct professor at the University of North Florida where he teaches a course he developed titled, "Creativity and Innovation." In addition, he is a faculty member of the American Management Association where he teaches "Creative Thinking in Business."
And Len is also a 7-time gold medalist at the International Jugglers' Association's World Joggling Championships. Joggling is running while juggling.
In this dynamic program your audience will be inspired and informed as they learn to juggle and learn how to innovate. Everyone will have a valuable takeaway that they can begin to implement immediately to improve their personal lives as well as the organizations in which they work.
