On Thursday, May 13, 2021, the NBNA Board of Directors voted to postpone the 2021 conference which was scheduled to take place at the Hilton Anatole Hotel, in Dallas, TX, August 4-8, 2021.
NBNA will host a virtual conference August 4-8, 2021. We will continue to celebrate the NBNA 50th Anniversary! If you have already registered for the 2021 conference, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to roll your registration fee for 2021 to the virtual registration.

We are delighted that you will be joining us at the 47th Annual Institute and Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, Tuesday, July 23rd to Sunday, July 28th, 2019 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel. About NBNA
The National Black Nurses Association is fortunate to have great nursing leaders among its leadership in a variety of areas. These programs help NBNA members grow stronger as they seek to provide culturally competent health care services in our communities.
The National Black Nurses Association (NBNA) was organized in 1971 under the leadership of Dr. Lauranne Sams, former Dean and Professor of Nursing, School of Nursing, Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, Alabama. NBNA is a non-profit organization incorporated on September 2, 1972 in the state of Ohio. NBNA represents 150,000 African American registered nurses, licensed vocational/practical nurses, nursing students and retired nurses from the USA, Eastern Caribbean and Africa, with 92 chartered chapters, in 35 states.
