The Triennial Earth-Sun Summit is a joint meeting of the AAS Solar Physics Division and the Space Physics and Aeronomy Section of the American Geophysical Union.
We invite you to exhibit at the 239th meeting of the American Astronomical Society at the Salt Palace Convention Center, Sunday, 9 January - Thursday, 13 January 2022. This is the first face-to-face exhibit hall in over two years and we are very excited to welcome back our exhibitors and attendees.
TESS welcomes participation by the entire Heliophysics community, including all four traditional sub-disciplines devoted to studies of the Sun, Heliosphere, Magnetosphere, and Ionosphere-Thermosphere-Mesosphere. TESS not only promotes greater interaction and unity within Heliophysics, but also connections to astrophysics and planetary physics.
Meeting Services
The mission of the AAS is to enhance and share humanity's scientific understanding of the Universe. One objective established by Council to help achieve this mission is to facilitate and strengthen the interactions among members through professional meetings and other means, including supporting our Divisions and others in the field. AAS Meeting Services provides comprehensive meeting planning and support to our Divisions, ourselves, and others in the Astronomical sciences.
Types of Sessions at AAS Meetings
During Winter Meetings, posters are displayed for one day and late abstracts are usually displayed on the final day of the meeting. During Summer Meetings posters are displayed for two days. Monday poster sessions continue on Tuesday and Wednesday poster sessions continue on Thursday.
