Conference is your connection to all the education, networking and celebration: three days to engage with fellow Franchisees, focus on Sales and Operational Excellence and enjoy all that Indianapolis has to offer.

Conference kicks off Wednesday evening with the Welcome Event at Punch Bowl Social, a place with a delectable collection of unequalled music, food, games, and beverages for you to enjoy.

Thursday’s day of Operational Excellence begins with the New Franchisee and Managers Connect sessions, followed by a morning of training classes. Right after lunch, gather together for the first general session to hear opening comments from MBE CEO Paolo Fiorelli and AlphaGraphics President Ryan Farris. You’ll see awards presented, have a chance to win Sweepstakes drawings and hear more about the overall direction of the company. Participate in the Operations Round Tables and then it’s the first half of the Technology Expo, which includes a social with hors d’oeuvres, drinks and prizes.

Friday begins with a Vendor Networking breakfast, and then you’ll launch right into the remainder of the Tech Expo. The afternoon begins with Network Alignment and then a second general session and happy hour. Afterward, head out for the Dine Around with a group of friends to enjoy one of the many restaurants that are part of Indy’s flourishing food scene.

The final day, focused on Sales Excellence, begins with the Sales & Marketing Connect, followed by a morning of training sessions. Then participate in the Sales Round Tables right after lunch. Take some time to relax in advance of the Celebration Dinner, which begins with a cocktail reception and ends with the presentation of the coveted Franny Award.

 Expo Overview

EXPO HOURS:

Thursday, July 18 – 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Friday, July 19 – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

There will be food and beverages on both days at the Expo, including a social on Thursday evening. The Expo is at the Indiana Convention Center, which is directly across the street from the hotel and also connected via a skywalk.

We will be raffling off vendor prizes each day of the Expo along with three grand prizes of $1000 each which can be used toward any AlphaGraphics Training Class or the 2020 Conference. You must be present to win!
